“Big.” “Bold.” Those words are used to describe every Cabernet ever. And it's sooooo boring. We prefer “bodacious,” because it just sounds cooler.
Boasting a violet-red hue, this Cabernet Sauvignon (what we call our "lab Cab") reminds us of some of the breathtaking colors you see in the Southwest skies at sunset. We think you'll sip this Sauv and exclaim, “Bodacious!"
Oh, and don't miss its “sister”: same grapes, same hillside, but a totally different character thanks to native yeast.

Tasting may be romanticized, but believe us, it's not magic. You may taste the subtle blend of flavors differently than we do depending on numerous factors, but here's what we discovered with this Cabernet:
Tastes we noticed: Coffee, cedar, cranberry, and aged cheddar.
Food we liked with it: We love this one on its own! We love to open it up before the meal and drink while we finish up in the kitchen. It goes great with lighter meals, as well.
Food we didn't: So far, it goes great with everything we tried -- a very crushable bottle!
