2023 Cabernet Sauvignon from Paso Robles grapes, produced by Sunbeat Cellars, an urban Arizona winery

2023 Cabernet Sauvignon

$35

Smooth, jammy dark fruit flavors and tannins. A crushable bottle that will disappear before you know it. Lovers of Paso Robles Cabs will adore this one.

  • Tasting may be romanticized, but believe us, it's not magic. You'll experience the subtle blend of flavors differently than we do depending on numerous factors (including genetics and preferences), but here's what we discovered about our Cabernet:

    Tastes we noticed:

    • Coffee

    • Cedar

    • Cranberry

    • Aged cheddar

  • Really hard to pair this one wrong. We love to open it up before a meal and drink while we finish up in the kitchen. It goes great with lighter meals, as well, or as a sit-on-the-couch-and-watch-Netflix-kind-of-night wine. It’s that versatile.

Our Cabernet is good right out of the bottle, but a little time aerating will just make it that much more crushable.

  • Delicious wines!

After trying all of their offerings, our absolute favorites have been the two different cabernets. The wild ferment was the one that really stood out. Try them — you won’t be disappointed!

  • I absolutely love Sunbeat Cellars.

My wife met Nick and Bree at a farmers market, bought a bottle of their Cabernet Sauvignon. We liked it so much we scheduled a tasting at their Cellars located in San Tan Valley and bought a case of wine. Nick talked us through the process of making wine and how he got started in the business. Sunbeat Cellars is a grassroots, locally-owned business that makes great wine and definitely worth giving a try.

  • I highly recommend checking them out.

We dropped by Sunbeat Cellars, not realizing they usually do tastings / tours by appointment only. We gave them a call, and Nick, the owner/winemaker, was cool enough to show us around. He knows his stuff, super passionate about the wine and the process. The wines were excellent, and the tour was really interesting.
