2025 Schnepf Reserve
Peach Wine
$49
Wine won’t be shipped for a couple weeks, but if you buy now you’ll reserve a bottle. We recommend leaving freshly bottled wine on the shelf for around a month to eliminate "bottle shock" (amazing movie, btw).
Vinted using 2025 Schnepf Farms peaches picked at the peak of ripeness and transformed into a fruit-forward, dry peach wine that captures the essence of the spring harvest in the orchard.

The aroma is like you just bit into a peach fully ripened right off the tree. Followed by a very light body and refreshing acidity on the finish. Excellent served chilled on a warm day.
Tastes we noticed:
Peaches (shocking, we know)
Light to medium body
Dry, slightly bitter finish reminiscent of Pinot Grigio
-
Parings? Probably!
We haven’t had a lot of time with the wine yet, but I bet it’ll be good with anything you associate with summer foods. We will post more if we find any magical combos, but honestly just chilled in the glass on a warm afternoon by it’s lonesome sounds amazing.

Pits were removed but the skins remained during the primary fermentation to give just a little bit more body to the wine. Aged in neutral vessels without oak as we were happy with the fruit characteristics right out of the gate.

An adult aged 21+ years must be around to sign for a wine order. So make sure your pretty ass (or another adult’s) is home.
We’ll sometimes hold orders that could be ruined by excessive heat or cold. No one wants that.
Paying for expedited shipping will get wine in your mouth faster, and reduces transit time during potentially warmer times.
