After trying all of their offerings, our absolute favorites have been the two different cabernets. The wild ferment was the one that really stood out. Try them — you won’t be disappointed!

The cab is absolutely incredible, nearly imperceptible sulfites so no headaches, dry but not so much as to leave your mouth feeling too dry. Absolutely delicious. 200/10, I will be trying all of their other wines and you should too.

We dropped by Sunbeat Cellars, not realizing they usually do tastings / tours by appointment only. We gave them a call, and Nick, the owner/winemaker, was cool enough to show us around. He knows his stuff, super passionate about the wine and the process. The wines were excellent, and the tour was really interesting.

We liked it so much we scheduled a tasting at their Cellars located in San Tan Valley and bought a case of wine. Nick talked us through the process of making wine and how he got started in the business. Sunbeat Cellars is a grassroots, locally-owned business that makes great wine and definitely worth giving a try.
